QUESTION - BTC PENDING 10+ DAYS

BTC transaction has been pending for over 10 days now. 

Contacted both the sending and recipient platforms with no help. 

Not sure what to do. 

Experience with this / help with this would be greatly appreciated.

It means sending fee was too low, so it isnt a priority for miners to mine it. If rbf is enabled, you can ask the sender to use rbf. Check it with mempool.space
