Proxies ms

so im a complete newbie/retard when it comes to cracking, ive got a paid combo and im using ztwitch.

whenever i try to use the combo the program asks me for the ms of the proxies im using, however i dont know what the ms for any the proxies i have. is there a way to find out?

and typically the program doesnt even start running, for the few times it does run i always get 0 hits.

ohhhh tysm that makes so much more sense, i thought that if u got the ms of the proxies wrong then you wouldnt be able to use them
