Ok so im new to a lot of this and was wondering what do i use proxies for and what are they... I know some hulu checkers wants a proxie list so what is it?

Proxies are what you check accounts with. They are ip addresses. 
They are something you need to regularly replace, unless you are a money person and you spend money on them.
