Hello,
I have a question. I ordered on the "Weekend" auction, an auction with a strange title and a fake counterfeit item in the pictures. At one auction they granted me a refund, unfortunately on the other account I didn't get a refund, they just indicated that they want return & refund .. The video was, the pictures were, I described it as a counterfeit product, I marked the differences. Can something be done about it now? Will the fake tracking number work? Do they return money only after they receive the item? I am asking for some tips :/ I used to make an appeal against a dispute, but it did not work, they did not reply to my appeal :/ Have a nice day!
