@Liars I never Declined His replacement or refund. But He Directly Opened unnecessary Dispute. i just want to know that, there is no rule or conditions to open a Dispute ?
And as i already told i never Declined His replacement or refund so He can take his refund or replacement anytime. Thank You

Yes sure, you didn't say you never Refused to replace or refund me, Just look at the conversation through the pictures and you can see that after 14 days you did not replace my account with a new one. The previous changes in 5 days i can accept. at now wtf service.
