I found this method by mistake.  It involves racking up uber credits/uber cash for a few days through another web payment processor that will then lock your account after a few days, and cover the purchases.  In my case, uber limited my acc so no new payment methods could be added.  But I was able to spend the rest of my Uber Cash, as it was not charged back.  I never paid a dime.

The uber acc had some trust on it, probably about ~10 rides, most of them gcs though.  I never used this payment method successfully although it does require some verification.

To those who are active in the community and prior post show they have some sort of knowledge when it comes to exploiting, and SEing I will message you the details of what I did.  I was able to get up to $250 free, refund a 70 uber eats order, and then the account was unusable.  I know there are ways to make a new uber on a phone, masking the IEMI or something.  I don't want this to become public to easily or I'd share here, and if anyone thinks they can help develop a method that makes this sustainable and repeatable, it can make a good amount of profit.  I'd assume the accounts could be sold as-well, since they'd be made under google-voice numbers.
