Hello. I'd like to have a little discussion with a staff member about someone on this forum who may be doing some 'unlawful' business (of course we talking about the forum's rules, not literal laws). To begin, I can't really find his account. I know he has something like 'four' or 'TARZ4N' and from what i remember he was banned some time ago but don't have any proof.
