Additional Information: Ordered development services for a website, did not do any work for weeks, no proof of work for weeks either. I asked for refund, he never refunded, been 4 days no update or reply.

He never provided any proof of code, got the project completely wrong, showed some random dogshit from another project that wasn't even correlated and now is ignoring

Hello, thanks for opening a DD I guess. First of all, the customer isn’t being ignored. I replied to him yesterday, even before the DD I think. In order to understand my position, please note that I mention my terms of service to all customers before accepting an order. I will attach a ImgBB url of it. Of-course, this client agreed to it too. In the ToS, it mentions that refunds are only partially possible if the client decides to cancel the order during development-phase. But, indeed, there were too many hick-ups in the communications from my side because I had too much stuff on my hands. So, I thought it’d be more professional to just refund this customer, and get it settled, even though my ToS mentions this isn’t possible.

You just have to wait. That’s all. I can give you the partial refund right now, but for the whole amount. You got to wait. It’s difficult to get cryptocurrency here (told the customer this too)… I can’t go faster than I already am :)
