Additional Information:He was a Paypal Holder to me and not only he scammed me $290 but also scammed the same amount from other seller too. He was supposed to pay me a week ago but he tried to ghosting me for a long time and suddenly came with an excuse that he is admitted to hospital so can't pay now. Fun fact he is always playing cod on discord. Upon asking for a picture of his hospital room he ran away.
Crypto address for a refund: He already has. He is not gonna pay anyway. Just ban him
