I have a few PayPal accounts with transactions , aging, etc.
I wish to assist a person here who is unable to utilize PayPal.
On the percentage that I take, usually 10-20% could be negotiated.

Services Agreement
- I can also do an exchange for crypto, but you would pay the commission of the site + mine.
- You may not use this PayPal address to commit fraud or sell stolen products.
- 24 to 90 hours for deliver (I usually take less than 24h).
