PayPal not letting payments go through

HI everyone! I have fresh PayPal account which is unverified. I ALL payments on hold and couple of them instantly denied.
Long story short, I've ended up with ~$300 balance in a couple of days.
However, I'm unable to send any payments. Are there any workarounds for this?
Tried the old "method" where I'd just log in on mobile and send the payment even though it's blocked on desktop. Invoice / requesting money didn't work either and neither did smaller transactions.
Any workarounds for this?

I'm most likely not calling them, since I can wait it out and not risk getting limited.

I write bots and used to sell stuff. Slowly coming back.

it happens with unverifed accs / accs not linked with credit card, just buy a paypal with credit card linked (not allowed on here tho)
