Papabanks scam, closing bank accounts after you put money in

I have received my order but the account was closed shortly after I added money to it, I have not used it or done anything to get the account closed just added money, I received a replacement account and this one closed also after doing a Top-up. The WISE EU accounts are very unsafe and will get closed shortly after you add money even if you follow all his instructions. PapaBanks told me that I should not use IBAN transfer and that I should Top-up with credit card and use the app on phone, I did that and then the account was closed. He has not provided me with a working account that can be used for its intended purpose. 
It says on his Post "High Quality: We aim for the highest quality and we have a lot oof feedback for all your products." 
it also says on his post: "Experienced: Over 8 years registered on forum and 80% of the products are tested by us before being sold."
 
If the bank accounts are "High Quality" surely it will not close right after you put money in it. Which is what it is intended for?
and if he properly tested his product in this case his WISE EU accounts, then there would not be an issue but since this happened both accounts he provided then his product is not "High Quality" and is unsafe to buy.

I have clipped together our recent conversation where I tell him on telegram I followed all his instruction and both accounts closed the exact same way after I added money.

Basically he fucked up the first acc i delivered within 24hrs. I delivered a new account and after 4 days he contacts me again and says his account died again, im supposed to give this guy lifetime warranty? Mods can DM me and ill give file of chat conversation in telegram.

@PapaBanks I have only added money to the account and then it closed shortly afterwards on the replacement you gave also, I'm not asking for replacement or lifetime warranty, I just wanted the product I paid for and since you can't do that I would like a refund. You can't advertise for "High Quality" accounts and the it closes same day I add money it? and it also the exact same thing happened to the replacement so your WISE EU accounts must be flagged since they get closed after I add money.
