Hi people,
Someone streamed to me what he calls "panel" which is connected to ISP in my country.
So, for example, if he grabs your ip for some reason, he can find your name, address, phone number and more.
He said that he bought it somewhere for 5k euros.
He can be lying like he can be serious, that's why i'm asking here, is it true ?
I've searched everywhere i know, clearnet, deepweb, darknet forums and more...
Nothing to be found...
Does anyone know where to get these ?
