@Liars just a note that this user clearly wants a refund, you can check the chat logs, His SOLE purpose of opening a forum account and putting a deal dispute was because of that, While I clearly told him It's not going to be possible because of forum rules, It's either Replacement or Refund and I would obviously choose replacement to avoid bigger loss from my side. 

Hopefully u will understand it and consider, Just telling you because this customer might have other tricks in his sleeves to get his way to a "refund"
