PM space bug

Good morning staffs,
I have a problem while using the forum PM system: Although i have deleted all messages in my inbox, as well as trash folder, i still receive a warning that i have reached my limit of pm space.
I will attach imange below
And it also said i have used 505 messages out of 500  [Image: who.png] [Image: who.png] [Image: who.png]
Please fix it as soon as possible because i receive mail from cracked.io that someone have reached me via pm system but i did not have enougn pm space  [Image: pepe.gif] [Image: pepe.gif] [Image: pepe.gif]
