Hello, i coded this software a while ago with a friend.
We stoped it due to the fact that we didn't had time to continue it
This rat is a pretty good one because it it working trought a PHP server
The rat is not perfect, but the basics features are here !

Pros :
-No IP found by the owner
-No Port Forwarding Necessary
-Possibility tu protect the api from crawlers by adding securities
-Possibility to add / edit features easy

Cons :
-Not amazing reactive
-Loop requests are made by the RAT

Couldn't the actual victim check the connected network to check the ip address?

the ip address the user have is the vps ip; and not directly the owner of the rat ip.
