1. Placing the order:
You need to have a trusted device where you are logged in for at least 5 days. If your address is not saved on the PayPal, add it with the trusted device, set as primary, and wait 3 days.
Use a new phone with a different SIM card and download a regular browser (avoid private browsers like Brave), then wait 24 hours.
Don’t open your PayPal account on the trusted device on the day you plan to order.
Switch the new phone to data mode (turn off WiFi), make sure you plan to order from a store you’ve never used with that PayPal account.
Fill your cart and ensure any provided name and address match the PayPal account.
Choose the fastest delivery option, under 10 days, or collection.
At PayPal checkout, intentionally enter login details incorrectly twice, then correctly on the third attempt.
After entering the password, wait for OTP verification, delay 20 seconds before requesting OTP, wait another 50-60 seconds upon receiving, then enter it to complete the process.
2. Mess with the account:
After the order is delivered (or collected), download Dolphin Anti Detect browser. Make a random profile with Indian keyboard and language settings.
Connect to an Indian VPN.
Log in to your PayPal with that browser profile, but wait 1-2 minutes after the OTP code is sent.
Go to PayPal settings, add an Indian phone number and a random Yopmail or ProtonMail email address, confirm the email, but every time it asks for an OTP code, wait at least 1-2 minutes.
3. File a claim:
Wait 20-30 minutes, then open your PayPal from your trusted device.
Find the order and click Report a Problem button.
Click “I suspect my account is being used by someone else.”
Fill the claim, make sure the dates are correct and answer “No” to every question.
In the text filed, say: “In the last few days, I’ve received two calls from PayPal support indicating that my account was compromised and required securing. I adhered to the instructions provided, but just moments after the most recent call, I discovered that my account’s email address had been altered, and there was an unrecognized order placed using my PayPal. I urgently need assistance to secure my account as I’m extremely concerned about the current situation.”
In the last step, change password and wait for the refund, shouldn’t take longer than 24 hours.
LIMITS:
You need at least 6 months old account with some transaction history, then you can do up to 5K for a good account (1 year transaction history). Limit is 20K.
