[PANIC] Not sure what to do with xbox giftcards that i SE , SOS - Help pls.

Im se'ing xbox giftcards through microsoft support and it's going pretty great, but i have to profit from the cards before they're sold by the person who i got the info to SE with from....meaning, i got someone's card info, went to microsoft support, se'd for a replacement code for that card...and i have to use the replacement code to profit off that card somehow, before the original person sells/uses the card. Any ideas?
