He have lost his boosts thanks to his anti-raid bots, not our issue, our boosts are completely automated and we cannot change that to make the booster accounts to be undetectable by an anti-raid bot.

I haven't ignored any decision made by Staff, i just asked staff why we would need to provide the customer with an replacement/refund when the issue was made on the customer's side, not ours.
