Openbullet 'To Check' - 0 Hits (0 Anything but 'To Check' for that matter - Help!

Hello everybody!

I'm quite new to Openbullet2 but I tought I finally got everything correctly up and running. In this instance i'm trying to get hits on pubg mobile accounts and used several combos (around 2 million from different lists) but seem to get not a single hit- the weird part to me is that everything goes to 'to check' (so 0 fails, 0 custom, 0banned etc). Any idea what could be the problem? The help would be super appreciated!

Edit: Also want to add that searching on google for a long while hasn't helped, I can't seem to find a fix
