Trying to start OFM (OnlyFans Management) but you're lost? This will be a quick very clear guidance for you from which you'll understand what you should do next.
1. Find a model
2. Find a marketing method which works the best for you
3. Chat yourself/ Hire a chatter
4. Make profit, scale your business by hiring chatters, virtual assistants, more models.

It's hard to write this guide not knowing what's your situation, capital, knowledge but I'll try to make it as simple as possible for anyone.

  1. To find a model, there are multiple ways depending on your budget. If you're a guy who has couple thousands to spend for a model and you don't want to waste too much of your time, I recommend buying a model from a telegram marketplace groups, as far as I know, this is the most popular models marketplace telegram channel:  t.me/+Fzx326C09UcwM2Y0
If you decide to buy from other groups which are less known, I recommend to use a middle man.

If you're a person who don't want to spend thousands of dollars for a model, I recommend doing outreaching yourself or hire a va who would do it for you, to find VA's I recommend joining this telegram group: https://t.me/ofmjobs, you will find here all kind of va's - marketing, outreaching, chatting etc.
To do outreaching, there are multiple options:

- Your personal instagram account ( You must have high end pics/videos of yourself, showing that you're financially stable. If you have zero posts, no highlights then I recommend choosing another option.

- A fake girl page or if you already have a model, use her page to outreach (You will need to have enough of followers, content and be pretty otherwise you'll get rejected. If you want more followers just type in browser "socials panel" "instagram followers panel" you should find a panel that offers fake followers, likes, comments etc. You can imagine what to do next. If you don't have a model and want this option to work, I recommend downloading some unpopular but pretty girl content and use it to create your page to impersonate the person you will be using to outreach other models

- Your model agency instagram account, first come up with a unique name, create good desings or hire a designer and for inspiration of what to post just go to IG and in search write hashtags like #OFM #modelagency #onlyfansmanagement and you'll see other model agency accounts with a lot of posts to get inspiration from.

If you don't know how to do outreaching, do some research on youtube, I don't want to make this guide too long. But short advice from me is think how everyone else is doing outreaching and try to be different cause with what you came up in the first place, 99% of other agencies write the same thing so most of the models will reject your request, keep it short and simple otherwise you'll look too spammy.

Once you have found a model that'd be interested to work with you, you have to come up with an offer - how much model will receive from you? Most of the newbies think best deal is 50/50 but believe me you'd rather work in mcdonalds than do 50/50 contract. 30-40% maximum for the model and she has to be top hot model, with a lot to offer, if she's mid, I'd recommend to offer a fixed monthly payments, which means the model would receive like $1000-3000/month and you keep the rest for yourself, you can promise things like if everything goes well, we can adjust the payments in the future, increase your salary. To create a contract, you don't need an accountant to do it all for you.   2. There are many of marketing methods to choose from, if you're a guy who's not familiar/experienced with any then I'm going to write majority of most popular ones
- Reddit
- Twitter
- DA (Dating apps)
- DW (Dating Websites)
- Short form content (Tiktok, instagram, Youtube reels)

I can't comment on all methods too much because I'm only focusing on Reddit which in my opinion is the easiest to do and follow and now working on meetup/Dating websites which has more valuable customers to offer. If you don't have experience with any of these, I recommend first trying reddit. To do it the best way to start is to join this reddit network in telegram: https://t.me/ofmredditnetwork and do research on youtube. You'll need: Couple aged with karma reddit accounts, warm up method to follow to not get banned, it is not easy like you get an account and start posting without facing any obstacles. You need to know the best warm up method, how many posts you should do a day, what proxies to use, what kind of accounts to buy, what's the minimum required karma to be able to post in majority of reddit subreddits (groups) and so on. DO A LOT OF RESEARCH. Reddit is great because if you have enough knowledge, you can get results fast. With twitter it's a bit more complicated from my experience, it takes time for you to start getting results even if you do everything right.

Most complicated methods from my experience is dating apps like tinder, people who make good money from it, have years of experience about it. There's just too much to know about to be able to make profits.

If you decide to start reddit, I also recommend trying instagram, it is also more of a longterm thing, you need to warm up accounts, have the right method to not get shadowbanned etc. but it's easier than dating apps.

  3. Chatting
Now you have a model and coming traffic? Great now you just need to start making actual money. If you're new, don't have any experience on chatting, I recommend doing some research on youtube "Onlyfans Chatting tutorial" "Onlyfans chatting strategy" spend couple weeks chatting yourself to get to know this whole industry better. Once you decide to hire a chatter to do it all for you, you need to know what the chatter is doing wrong so you could correct him and make him learn from his mistakes. It's not going to be easy finding a good chatter because most of the people wanting to work for you are fucking broke, desperate. I went trough like 6 chatters until I found good ones. -Don't hire chatters from third world countries cause their IQ in general is lower, not even trying to sound funny. If you think otherwise then good luck :) For chatters like models, you'll need to create a contract as well for mutual agreement and payouts. I'd recommend giving not more than 15% for a chatter.

  4. Scaling
Started getting that good dough from chatting and ready level up? Good, start investing your money back into marketing, more va's, more models etc. it's really that simple. Your end goals is to have everything automated for you, that means va's are doing all the job for you - Marketing, traffic, content management etc. Your only job should be taking care of your models, va's and making sure everything is running smoothly, you should not be doing marketing, chatting all by yourself, it's other people's job.
