Additional Information: I did some work for this user, the first was concluded and paid, i then created a app for him, delivered and he went offline for more than 7 days. After he returned, he wanted more work done, included that he would compensate for the previous work done also. Since the 1/2nd of this Month there where work conducted up to the 4th Oct, with promise to pay, however he is keeping me on a line while knowing he must make payment for the work conducted. He continues to delay payment, as the arrangement was I do work and get paid, he is withholding my payment and also go offline for more than 24 hours each time and continues to ignore to conduct payment but requires an urgent addition whiles also indicating payment is immanent. Im tired of waiting for payment on work done and would like to bring this to the attention to other users that might also have or had issues. Telegrams he use @Eliteadverts and @justmedialtd and many others.
