Additional Information: I took the game pass and it worked for 1 month and then cut off. and it's been since 08/24 that I've been waiting for someone to fix the problem and I see that it's not the case. so it's been since 08/31 that I've been asking for a refund and still no response.
Very unresponsive guy and takes a long time to respond to the message in general.
I'm doing this deal to get a refund.
