Sorry if this is in the wrong section to post in, this is my first time making a thread on here.
I've started an SE with Nintendo for a switch over 3-4 weeks ago, did the repair bs and did FTID3 and everything was going good until now. They're asking for a purchase receipt or an email with a nintendo account. I was just gonna use my old one i used for Mario kart when it was popping on mobile but would that work? They would see that I never used that email with a nintendo console before? It would be easier to give them an email other than faking a receipt but what should I go for?
Edit I told them I don't know what account was used and that my son is young and makes brand new emails and accounts for every he plays and my wife doesn't have the online receipt anymore (I told them it was purchased online) and I've got a replacement confirmation email today.
Edit (22/10/22): I'm doing this for a second time and I was able to tell them that my pro controller was included in the repair I sent in and they're replacing it with no hesitation.
