For example this guy @domo scammed someone for 25Euro in his profile he has 210K credits to me seems fair that the user that got scammed will receive 25Euro Worth of credits or award and maybe make the credits as some sort of safety deposit
Edit:Or just making a new deposit system using a stable coin like USDT or something like that
many forums have it

Bad idea because simply the user can solve the deal dispute after getting banned , do a safety deposit and be able to use his account again.
He paid for those credits, you cant really scam someone because he is a scammer.
