so theres a deal dispute opened about me here:

after doing so, id like to know three things(you can dm me on here or anywhere if you fear the wrath of other forum members)
1. why can someone open a deal dispute even if it doesnt concern the forum or forum members?
2. How bad is the unnecessary influx of deal disputes that dont mean anything?
3. can you point me to a rule on the forum that ive actually violated?
it just seems like a past banned member hates the fact and im using his identity for my SE operation, like i get being salty, but how is he allowed to open a deal dispute if i havent violated forum rules
