Need help with PayPal

Hi,

my paypal got locked about the 27th time and normally I just reinstall firefox portable and I have a new fingerprint.
Now everytime I reinstall it the fingerprint stays the same, can someone help me?

When creating a new paypal, dont start accepting payment 30 days minimum, when you start accepting payments it should be small amount and dont use multiple accounts from same IP and PayPal wont limit your account, but PayPal sucks.

Thanks for that but I already know that, still I cant accept payments when I dont have a paypal, so do you know how I can get a new fingerprint?
