Is there a way to refund a PS5 from Argos even when doing click and colect?

Argos only lets you sent it back via mail if you've got the item online. If you pick it up from the store and want to refund it, you have to take it back to any Argos store. The only thing that comes to mind is sealed box method but not sure how those works for a PS5.
