Need an RDP provider

From what I understand I need a new RDP provider that allows spamhaus listing? Basically I will be using RDP to web scrape info from a news website and it will be hit multiple times per second and I think that makes it to be listed as spam.
Didn't have problems with this on IntenseHost hence need new provider and surprisingly it was fine with AWS during free trial.
Prefer auto deploy and can restart it.
