Does anyone here have experience with creating Amazon accounts?

I’m looking to create 5 accounts, link them to my credit card and place a few orders.
These accounts would serve as a backup in case one gets blocked since dropshipping is not allowed on Amazon.
 
I also need SIM cards or a method to link them to Amazon accounts.
 
I’m happy to pay anyone who can assist me with this.
