Do not take any kind of steroids or anabolics if you are an amateur, it's worthless unless you are into competitions which are allowed for non-naturals

Eat more, train harder and rest enough

This is probably the wrong place to be asking a question like that. There's nothing but scrawny white kids here.

so i think it is the time to take steroids injection
need ur advice and thks

Don't take any steroids !
You are going to the Gym to be healthy and not to ruin your life!

You have been going to the gym for 1 year and you expect to be the next ronnie coleman??
If you are not seeing any results then it's normal because you need years and years of training.

If you want faster results then go into the bulking phase, calculate how much are your maintenance calories (usually 2500 but it varies) then calculate how much protein you need (1.6 X your body weight)  then how much carbs do you need (4 X your body weight )

once you know the above then increase them on a weekly basis until you reach your goal, and never forget to do your 30 minutes cardio everyday after your workouts, don't worry you won't lose any muscles, you will only burn the fat and be healthier.
