Need Advice for my Agency

Hi there! I have started a micro-agency with a few friends. Where I am providing the following services. I

• Web and App Design.
  
• Graphic Design (Logo, Social Media Post Design, Etc)
  
• Search Engine Optimization
  
• E-commerce Management.
  

But I am having trouble generating clients. Can you guys help me out with your tips, tricks or anything that I could do to get some clients ASAP.
as you have guessed by now that I am not of business guy but a skill-oriented guy.  I am currently low on assets. 
Any tips or tricks will be highly apperciated.

have u tried offering free vouch copies of ur work to people who may need ur services? you will need a good portfolio and thats the best way to build one
