Also normally you cant get a rep appealed as its just a rep, but you can always try opening a support ticket if it matters that much to you and its unfair.

You originally wanted to sell me lines and not give me sample. But I convinced you. You stated that base is 100% private, you assured me of that. I checked your test and the all lines fu**ed in all slits! (not only on my keyword) and sent you full report with screens of each line.
I left you a fair review. You're not selling private db - you're selling public.
