First of all go and get this plugin.

Then activate the plugin

Ok now :D Lets start

Go to Your Skins Template > Post Bit Templates > postbit_warninglevel.

Edit the UID to ur uid no - like goto your profile and see the link ull get the uid - member.php?action=profile&uid=2

There replace all with

Hidden Content
