Before uploading your avatar, make sure it meets the following requirements (according to the site):
× 150x150px (Dimensions)
× 500KB (Filesize)

Other than that, what I would do is:
× Try another browser (Firefox works for me, fixes many problems that Chrome has)
× Try clearing cookies & cache (There should be a guide, depending on your browser)

The problem is solved after a few hours from time I made the thread, I'm sure I did everything you said, but it kept the same problem, but after few hours I removed the avatar and re uploaded it, and it shows perfect, I think it was by the forum not the image.
