No they never date, it's a shonen series, not shoujo. To answer the second question, later in the manga it's shown that she has a crush on him, both are pretty much oblivious to eachother.

She had a crush on Deku almost from the first time he saved her from the Giant robot. Because she was impressed that Deku didn't think about what will happen to him, he just run and saved her.
