Most Profitable Malware?

I've only used miners, i spread it to at least 300-400 people, and my profit was 50/day, wich i know ain't bad but im looking for a lot more, banking malware is still a thing in 2021? i won't go into ransomware cause is too much work/risk , any suggestions are welcome
