I want to write android applications. Which language should i use?

Between Java or Kotlin, I suggest you choose Kotlin (in short it's more powerfull and less verbose). I have worked with both.

I have not enough experience with Flutter, the advantage of Flutter is you can create multiplatform applications with easy UI development. Kotlin and Java are multiplatform too, but beautiful UIs require more work than Flutter.

Note: Flutter is the framework, the programming language is Dart.
