Additional Information:Once on the channel I read the RULES and FAQ pages, as befits all normal customers. The FAQ page stated that DC proxies are issued in ip:port format with IP authentication. I then opened the #datacenter folder, looked at the prices and contacted the vendor via the ticket. I did not see the information below that authentication via user:pass, especially since the page has been changed. When I received the proxy, I contacted the vendor and asked why the login:pass format if the FAQ said that the binding was by IP. He told me that the information is old and he forgot to update it. It's not my problem that the seller is misleading the buyer because of irrelevant and inconsistent information on his server. Demanding a full refund of $3 to my LTC wallet out of principle. My software does not support login:pass format, and the seller is trying to make him look like an honest person and to make me look like a fool who allegedly doesn't read the rules.

So this customer reads a FAQ, which admittedly is outdated for over 2 years and may be confusing to customers, but assuming he read the FAQ, he should have easily seen that it was outdated considering it mentions "The datacenter plan has 6,000 HTTP and 6,000 SOCKS5 proxies. The residential plan has 20M+ IPs in the pool." - which is very clearly DIFFERENT to proxy packages mentioned in the datacenter page that he then navigated to.

He also admitted to not having read the proxy information when navigating to the actual channel that outlines the datacenter packages, prices, and relevant information. So he basically checked the FAQ page and handpicked a single question, then navigated to the datacenter proxy page and admittedly IGNORED the package information right below. If he read through the FAQ like he said, he would've clearly noticed the discrepancy and could have easily approached me in a ticket to clarify, but he chooses to make a big, unnecessary fuss to satisfy his self-entitlement.

It's not that far apart that you will miss it. The packages described here are completely different to what is mentioned in the FAQ, which should indicate that it is outdated. He tried accusing me of editing the post after selling a package because he is in complete denial that he bears some responsibility.

Over the 2 years of selling, he is the only customer I have encountered to have this issue. My customers typically read information before they choose to buy.

I don't like people like you who ruin customer service because of their mistakes. No monetary claims, @TopQualityDocs paid for you, so you can send the money to him. It's stupid to stubbornly fight for 3 fucking dollars when you have your own large proxy service. At the very least, the client is always right if you know the rules. And I'm not unreasonably making a claim against you. I would have bought a one month package, lost money for nothing, and I doubt @TopQualityDocs would have refunded my one month subscription as well because of your mistakes. I have no further complaints, I advise you to avoid the service.
