Since I'm a poort little dipship I went to salad.io, did a bit of mining, and then redeemed a $5 prepaidsolutions vcc. When I went to twitch to simp for pokimane the transaction was failed but after repeated a few dozen times, it showed up in the transactions box, but the balance of the vcc on the prepaidsolutions website still said $5. I waited an hour or so, the transaction showed up in the box but my balance remained at $5. I will update this thread as support contacts me back.
