when it comes to cybersec ur  best bet is to start playing ctf's, picoCTF is a good start, try to encorporate scripting aas much as u can while solving problems, there are a plathora of topics that u can do from web exploitation, cryptography to reverse engineering see what u like the most and choose it as ur path; that's a good starting point for most people

step 1 is to leave this forum, this isn't the place to ask and pretty much NOBODY on this forum is experienced enough to guide you

go on tuts4you or unknowncheats, that's where you'll learn general hacking / bypassing for software, and once you understand that move on to web hacking

there are also wargames like overthewire , in addition, it may be a good start also if u get familiar with the industry standard tools like metasploit, burp suite etc these will give u surface knowledge so it can be interesting to start programming some tools alongside learning about the standard tools. Lots of people advocate that you can learn cybersec without having to be good at programming but that's a handicap that will hurt you in the long run, learning programming alongside cybersec is a must.
