Mass Bumping aka Leeching (Cracked.io warns in 2023)

1. Cracked.io added bumping feature, which allows you to bump your threads (10 seconds delay between bumps)
2. Additional than the delay, there are no other restrictions
3. There is no rule prohibiting bumping even 100K threads in a single day
