Not impressed. You have to go through discord to get a key and no one responds there.  Sat in discord for hours and there was no response.

You are not in my discord...and if you are, you have not created a ticket. Please follow the directions to receive a key. Also it is important to go through discord so that the key is working once it is sent to you.
