There was premium sb for 2 days when sb was having some issues , the result was sb was dead most to the time -1 fro me .

The shoutbox should be free for everyone, and unupgraded users are users as well, so there's no need to exclude them.
If they beg for stuff, tell them not to do it, and they'll usually stop. Besides, upgraded users are more annoying when they start spamming.
