Make 100 REFs award easier to get

Can you lower the 100 REF condition ?
Because in November & October 2020 this award was easy to get (everyone that would register from your thread was your referral)
So it was easy to get 10 ref per day, but now it is very hard to get (we're under 100 member to have it)

But now it's only when people mention your name or click on your ref link

Think that 25 would be a good number
