Low CPM on every tool & proxy provider

Hello there,

I'm using rdp.sh - used it for a long time and i have some problems related to low CPM - i'm not sure what is the main problem:

- i tested over 6 tools and 4 proxy services, got 40k http paid aswell rn.
- tested on my own computer & RDP.SH - same thing

I'm checking League MAINLY - but the CPM is so damn low - literally around 200, which is so damn stupid.
I changed over 6 tools and 4 proxies, using the best so far, but i can't figure it out what's the problem.. i literally tried to get in contact with the tools & proxy providers, all of them proved me it's working perfectly on their side with screenshare, multpile times. 

What could be the issue? I'm literally trying it on my own PC aswell - but it's the same result.

Yeah, that's what i was thinking aswell - but i literally stayed on the sharescreen with the devs of the tools and even the customers - no issues for them so far. It's been working perfectly a couple of months ago for me too.

I started to have some problems with my router aswell, before that happening - i'm not sure if that could be an issue - literally getting "Ethernet connection fixed" fixed w/ Troubleshoot.
I mean - i changed over 4 tools, and not random tools tbh, SLC, LeagueAIO, Pristine and one more, but i forgot the name tbh. Literally the problem is on everything what i'm trying.

Not sure if it could be the tool - since everyone showed me properly that's working without any problem, even the customers, and not only 2-3 ppl, asked over 5 on every tool.
