Low CPM

Hi, 
I have the problem that no matter which checker I use, I always have a CPM value of 200-300 (sometimes it even drops to 0). I have okay internet but not very good. 
I wanted to ask why I always have such a low CPM. 
I would also be very happy about a solution to the problem.

No, I don't think that's the problem.... I use Luxify 2

Whats the target and what proxies do you use?

I think minecraft.net.
I use proxies that can be found here in the forum.
