Looking for web developer (long term - part time)

Hey everyone, I don't use this forum much but I just want to look for a good developer who can make dashboards and just generally the whole site. I'm the CEO of a startup that has been doing pretty successful (started 2 months ago) I don't have any funded from anyone, started from 0- I don't make enough to pay 1K,2K those huge amounts, however I do get 200%+ profit increase per month and about 90%+ profit margins, I have a website already but I would like to improve it 

Please message me if you can do a website for % revenue share, once I start making much more, I can pay you from in a set salary
