Looking for some advice on managing multiple Instagram accounts? (recomended tools?)

Hi,

I was wondering if any tools exist that enable automated or semi-automated management of large number of Instagram accounts?

What I mean by management is ability to do mass like/follow other accounts from multiple accounts that I own, without having to login/like/follow manually every time.

Ideally something with web-based interface but command-line is also fine.

Anyone knows of any tools/software like that?
