I'm looking to build a big and great OFM team.
I'm looking for:
- Recruiters (Outreacher for models)
- Chatters
- Marketing Specialists for specific Social Media Apps (Ex: TikTok, Twitter, Reddit)
- Anyone that can provide value to the agency.
Payment:
- Recruiters: Commission of every model signed for the agency.
- Chatters: Will start with a 10% commission only, once trust is built will pay salary (hourly rates)
- Marketing Specialists for specific Social Media Apps: We will keep track of traffic to the OnlyFans page and pay commission based on your work. HIGH COMMISSION
